Axis Queenstown is now open in Remarkables Park

We are excited to let you know that Axis Queenstown has moved to a new, purpose-built clinic in Remarkables Park.

Level 2, Von House

12 Hawthorne Drive

Frankton (above Unichem Pharmacy)

This move gives us a clinic designed specifically for the kind of care we provide. It also makes it easier for more people to access our services, while keeping the same clinical expertise and patient-first approach.

Why have we moved?

Our new clinic is purpose-built, which means the space has been designed to suit specialist appointments and the ongoing care of our patients. Over time it also allows us to grow and expand our offering.

For many patients, the new location in Frankton is also more convenient, with straightforward access, parking and nearby amenities.

What stays the same?

While our address has changed, the things that matter have not.

You will see the same trusted clinicians and support team, with the same commitment to expert assessment, and practical and gold standard treatment plans.

Services available at Axis Queenstown

Our Queenstown clinic will continue to offer a range of specialist services designed to support recovery, wellbeing and performance.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps you move and feel better when pain, injury, or stiffness is getting in the way of your everyday life. Our physios will assess what is going on, explain what is contributing to your symptoms, and create a personalised plan to help you to recover. This may include hands-on treatment, tailored exercises, strength and mobility work, and practical advice to support your day-to-day movement and prevent future flare-ups, so you can get back to doing what you enjoy safely and confidently.

Sport and Exercise Physicians

Our doctors work with people of all activity levels, from everyday movers to top athletes, helping diagnose and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal and medical issues that affect exercise and sport. If something is limiting your ability of train, work, or enjoy daily life, we aim to identify the cause and provide a clear plan

Acute Concussion Clinic

Our Acute Concussion Clinic is fully funded by ACC and offers patients expert diagnosis and treatment for all concussions that have occurred within the past 4 weeks. You will be seen quickly and will get clear guidance on returning to exercise, sport and an active life. Should you need it, we can also refer you into our comprehensive concussion treatment service for specialist rehabilitation to assist your recovery.

ACC Concussion Service

Concussion can affect people in different ways, and recovery isn't always straightforward. Our team provides assessment and support through the ACC Concussion Service, with the goal of helping you recover safely and return to school, work, sport and daily activities with confidence.

Vestibular Physiotherapy (for ACC Concussion Service patients)

For some people, concussion symptoms include dizziness, balance issues, or visual disturbance. Vestibular physiotherapy can play an important role in rehabilitation when it's the right fit for your situation.

Post Traumatic Osteoarthritis

For long-term joint concerns, persistent pain or conditions like Post Traumatic Osteoarthritis, our team focuses on evidence-based management and strategies that help you stay active safely. The aim is to reduce symptoms and improve function over time.

Low Energy Availability (LEA) and RED-S Support

Low energy availability can impact performance, recovery, hormones, bone health, mood and overall well-being. If you have been feeling "off", struggling with recurring injuries, fatigue or changes in performance, this may be an area working exploring. Our team can help assess what's going on and guide appropriate care.
