

Throughout her career, Lisa has worked within multiple multidisciplinary clinics across both New Zealand and Australia, collaborating closely with physiotherapists, orthopedic specialists, strength and conditioning coaches and other allied health professionals to provide integrated, evidence-based care.
Her experience includes working with organizations such as the Australian Institute of Sport, Les Mills and Peke Waihanga, combining her extensive podiatry background with a lifelong passion for fitness, movement and performance. As a former fitness instructor, Lisa strongly believes in exercise as medicine and the important role strength, mobility and biomechanics play in long-term health and injury prevention.
Lisa has extensive experience treating sports injuries, lower limb pain, biomechanical dysfunction and overuse conditions, with a particular interest in rehabilitation, movement efficiency and helping patients stay active throughout all stages of life. She enjoys working with everyone from high-performing athletes to everyday people wanting to move more comfortably and confidently.
Outside of the clinic, Lisa enjoys skiing, weight training, cycling and Pilates, and embraces the active mountain lifestyle Queenstown has to offer.
