Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy), Bachelor of Sport and Recreation (Sport and Exercise Science)
Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology. He initially worked as a musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist before moving into vocational work where he has a special interest in workplace injury risk reduction, and return to work support.
Before studying physiotherapy, Josh completed a degree in sport and exercise science, which shaped his holistic approach to improving health outcomes and managing injury risk.
Outside of work, Josh loves keeping active in the gym and is usually signed up for the latest craze, whether it’s CrossFit or HYROX. He also plays golf, which serves as his primary form of stress relief (and stress infliction).
