Originally from Ireland, James has lived in New Zealand for over 5 years. He has previous experience in the health service in Ireland and in New Zealand, however, he has predominantly worked in private MSK practice.
James has worked with elite level athletes in a number of sports including Gaelic Football, Hurling, Rugby, Football and Athletics in a strength and conditioning physiotherapy role. He has been involved in local Rugby and with Southern League Football.
In his own time James is involved with his local Gaelic Football and Hurling clubs. He also enjoys an occasional game of golf and spending time with his family.
