Chloe is a registered Counselling Psychologist supporting children, adolescents and adults to improve their mental health, wellbeing and performance. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, autism, trauma, life transitions and performance-related challenges, as well as athletes recovering from injury, concussion and the demands of sport. Her approach is collaborative, evidence-based and tailored to each person's goals, helping clients build resilience, confidence and meaningful, lasting change.

Chloe is a New Zealand Registered Counselling Psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents and adults across private practice, multidisciplinary health settings and sport. While she has a strong interest in performance psychology, she also works with a broad range of presentations including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism, injuries, rehabilitation, trauma, grief, adjustment difficulties, emotional regulation, self-esteem and life transitions.

Chloe enjoys working with people from all walks of life, helping them better understand themselves, overcome challenges and build skills to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. She believes therapy should be collaborative, practical and tailored to each individual, creating a space where people feel supported, understood and empowered to make meaningful change.

Alongside her general clinical work, she has a particular passion for supporting athletes, coaches and performers. Chloe works with individuals navigating confidence, performance anxiety, injury, concussion, identity beyond sport, motivation, team dynamics and balancing high performance with overall wellbeing.

Chloes' practice draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR and performance psychology principles, adapting these to meet each person's unique needs and goals.

Outside of work, she continues to play football for Auckland United's Premier Women's team, competing nationally and internationally. Her own experience in high-performance sport gives her an appreciation of the psychological demands athletes face while reinforcing the importance of maintaining balance, identity and wellbeing in general life.
