

As a psychologist in private practice, Anasitasia provided tailored individual psychological assessments and interventions for a range of mild-to-moderate presentations for children, adolescents and adults. She supported clients navigating concerns around self-esteem, workplace stress, relationship breakdowns, adjustment difficulties, grief, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, mood and emotional dysregulation, substance misuse and addictions.
Working within community & clinical settings, Anasitasia has been involved in the development and facilitation of mental health programs and workshops in community inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. These included brief and intensive group programs focused on PTSD, Mood and Substance. Anasitasia has also provided therapeutic assessment reports and implemented interventions, such as cognitive assessments and behaviour support plans with clients ranging from moderate to more complex presentations.
Anasitasia enjoys working with people of all ages and various presentations. As a psychologist, she is particularly interested in complex trauma, Pasifika mental health, neurodiversity (ADHD & Autism), anxiety, depression & stress, alcohol & substance use, relationship dynamics and identity.
