With over a decade of experience as a ski instructor between Queenstown, Japan, Austria, and Switzerland, she was inspired to pursue physiotherapy after her own experiences with snow sports injuries. Now, her passion is helping others recover and return to the great outdoors (especially to the snow!).

During her training, Amy worked as a peer mentor to individuals recovering from mild to moderate traumatic brain injuries. This is a component to rehabilitation that she is a strong advocate for and incorporates into her treatments.

Amy has worked with top rugby teams, including the All Blacks, Auckland Blues and North Shore Men’s Premier Reserves Rugby teams. She is also a trained clinical Pilates instructor in mat work and reformer techniques.

Outside of work, Amy loves skiing, tennis and hiking.
