Patient Information

This section contains many of the rehabilitation exercises and protocols we use to treat our patients and manage their injuries.  We attempt to add new exercises and update our protocols regularly.  Check back soon if you do not find what you need.

It is important to do the exercise given to you by your specialist in order to expedite your recovery. Please remember these exercises are only part of your treatment strategy. If you are not improving please book an appointment to discuss your progress and rehabilitation program.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, or for whatever reason simply choose not to attend, please call reception at the earliest possible time.  If we do not receive notification at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled visit, you will be charged. Furthermore, if the fee for the missed appointment is not paid, no further bookings for appointments will be accepted. Exceptions to this policy may be made but only at the discretion of the Practice Manager.
