Isabel is a Registered Nurse with a keen interest in concussion and works as a Key Worker in our complex Concussion Clinic. She has experience working with brain injuries and a passion for neurology and helping people recovering from brain injuries.

Isabel is a Registered Nurse with the New Zealand Nursing Council and the Nursing & Midwifery Council in the UK.

In 2017 Isabel graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Nursing and is currently completing her Post-Graduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing with the University of Auckland.

Isabel worked at Auckland City Hospital for two-and-a-half years in the Hyper-Acute Stroke Unit and Neurosurgical High Dependency Unit where she developed her knowledge and passion for neurology and helping people recover from brain injuries. Since then, Isabel has joined the team at Axis with a keen interest in concussion. Isabel now works as a Key Worker in both our acute and complex Concussion Clinics.

As our Practice Nurse, Isabel is also involved in several other roles at Axis, such as running our Shockwave Therapy Clinic, wound care and sports bracing, as well as working closely with some of our teams as a clinical support.
