Elite Plan - $239
Whether you are aiming for your personal best, or simply looking to get back on track, this plan will provide you with a step by step guide to help you achieve your goals. A completely individualised programme taking into consideration current body composition, desired body composition, current activity levels, and lifestyle.
Plan includes – 7-day dietary assessment prior to consultation, clinical consultation, assessment, individualised diet plan, specific energy requirements for set days, multiple menu and snack options, and relevant accompanying information to assist you.
High-Performance Programme - $499
Single consultation (as per Elite Plan) + 3 Follow Ups
A programme designed to ensure you meet your goals and develop the ultimate knowledge and skills along the way. Leave no stone unturned on your journey to success. Set a nutrition plan in place and then benefit from regular follow ups to fine tune your plan, adapt and continually learn along the way. Training programmes are periodised; your nutrition plan should be no different.
